Sungho Kim is a Professor of Computer Science at PSU California, and the CEO of Hyundai Global Software Center, with extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mobility Technology, Digital Transformation, and Smart Computing Solutions. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Korea University in 2017, along with an M.S. degree in Computer Information and Communication Engineering from Korea University and an B.S. degree in Computer Science from Yonsei University. He has more than 20 years of academic, research, and industry experience spanning global technology organizations, automotive industries, and higher education institutions. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Hyundai Truck & Bus / Hyundai Motor Company R&D Center, leading IT strategy, software innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. He also worked as a Manager at LG Corporation and served as an Adjunct Professor at Kyung Hee University. Earlier in his academic career, he was a Professor at Kazakhstan National University through the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) program. Ivan Serina is associate professor in Information Processing Systems at the Dept. of Information Engineering of the University of Brescia, Italy. In 1995 he received his degree in Computer Science at the University of Milan with full marks and honours. Since 1997 he has been a member of the Artificial Intelligence Research Group at the University of Brescia, headed by Professor Alfonso Gerevini, working on various topics such as Plan Generation and Adaptation through Local and Systematic Search Techniques. In 2000 he received his PhD degree in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Brescia and in 2003 he has received a Marie Curie Fellowship in the field of Planning and Scheduling at the Department of Computer and Information Sciences of the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow). He worked at the Faculty of Education of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano from 2008 to 2012. He participated in the 3rd International Planning Competition (2002) with LPG, a planner developed with Professor Alfonso Gerevini that was awarded for "Distinguished performance of the first order"; he participated in the 4th International Planning Competition (2004) with LPG-td, a planner developed with Professor Alfonso Gerevini and Ing. Alessandro Saetti that was awarded for its performance in temporal and numeric domains. He was Co-chair with Neil Yorke-Smith (American University of Beirut, Lebanon and SRI International, USA) of the ICAPS-2010 Exhibits and Demonstrations Session, with Marco Maratea of RCRA17 and with Hang Ma of SOCS2021. Hugo Leite is a Data Protection Officer at Fidelidade Group, with over nine years of experience in data protection, regulatory compliance, governance and information security. His work increasingly focuses on AI governance, AI regulatory compliance and risk management, including the implementation of the EU AI Act and alignment with GDPR, DORA and ISO/IEC 42001. Hugo holds the ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer certification, specialising in AI Management Systems and AI governance. He is also a Faculty Lecturer at NOVA School of Law, where he teaches Data Protection and Management Law in Master’s Degree programmes and Personal Data Protection Law in a Postgraduate Degree programme. He is a member of Technical Commission 163, contributing to the Portuguese translation of ISO/IEC 27701, and is involved in professional and research activities in information security and digital regulation.

I am currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Area of Information Systems & Analytics at T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, Karnataka, India. I have served as an Assistant Professor at IIM Ranchi, India and Area Chairperson in the Area of Information Systems & Business Analytics (Aug, 2021 - Aug, 2026). I served as a Post-doctoral Fellow (PDF) in the Management Science Division of the Business School at the University of Edinburgh, UK (Feb, 2020 - Aug, 2021). I received my Ph.D. degree from the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering of IIT Kharagpur (India), and both ME and BE degrees from the Department of Production Engineering of Jadavpur University (India). I have teaching and research experience of four years and seven months (approx.) (See: Link) and industrial experience (See: Link) of nearly three years as a Senior Production Engineer in the Planning, Production, and Assembly division of a multi-national pump manufacturing company. My domain of research includes theoretical improvement and applications of data analytics using machine learning (ML), data mining (DM), and Operations Research (OR) approaches. In addition, I had my responsibilities in teaching assistance at the departmental level, and national level (NPTEL video lectures), in the national MHRD-funded project & international EPSRC UK project, and in judge-role in the Techno-Management Fest KSHITIJ 2019. In my other responsibilities, I have been serving as an Associate Editor in the journal "Machine Learning with Applications (MLWA)" (Elsevier), and "International Journal of Computers and Applications" (Taylor & Francis) and as an Editorial Board Member in the "Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce (JOCEC)" (Taylor & Francis). I have served as an Editorial Board Member in both the journals, "Social Sciences & Humanities Open" (Elsevier), and "Science Journal of Public Health" (See: Link). Deniz Çelikkaya is a dual-qualified solicitor admitted to the Senior Courts of England and Wales and the Turkish Bar, a certified AI auditor, and the founder of Atka Legal. She graduated with honours from university and holds a Master's degree in EU Law from Marmara University, where her thesis examined the ethical concerns of artificial intelligence in the criminal justice system. She is a Fellow at London VC Network and an active member of the International Association of Algorithmic Auditors (IAAA) and ForHumanity. She specialises in AI governance including AI risk management under the EU AI Act, algorithmic bias mitigation, and the ethical governance of emerging technologies alongside commercial and corporate law, GDPR compliance, and sanctions and trade, with a particular focus on technology transactions involving EU and US sanctions on defence technologies. She works at the technical frontier too, specialising in synthetic data and causal AI systems. Deniz has helped startups establish themselves in the UK, secure investments, navigate funding rounds up to Series A, obtain UK government grants, and gain entry into leading accelerator programmes. She has mentored over 50 companies across deeptech and defence through accelerator programmes, and has collaborated on strategic partnerships with Imperial College London and King's College London, contributing to initiatives including the Euroconsumers and Google consumer empowerment project. A practitioner-first voice in the legal AI space, she also trains lawyers to use AI in practice.

Rabiah Abdul Kadir is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Visual Informatics, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, with extensive expertise in Computational Linguistics, Intelligent Computing, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. She obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2008 and has more than three decades of academic, research, and industry experience spanning higher education institutions and technology organizations in Malaysia and abroad. Her research focuses on AI-powered systems, predictive analytics, and smart computing solutions for real-world applications across education, healthcare, agriculture, transportation, and digital governance. Her scholarly contributions include over 300 publications in academic journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. She is widely recognized for her dedication to nurturing future researchers and promoting interdisciplinary innovation in artificial intelligence, NLP, and data analytics. She is appointed as a Professional Expert for Artificial Intelligence under the Faizuddin Centre of Educational Excellence (FCoEE) and Visiting Professor at Universitas Deztron Indonesia.

Eveling Sussety Balcázar Paiva is a licensed public accountant, university lecturer, and researcher with experience in academic, accounting, and administrative roles across both the public and private sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in National and International Taxation and a Master’s degree in Business Coaching, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Accounting and Finance. She teaches at the Universidad Señor de Sipán and the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, delivering courses on accounting, accounting regulations, and taxation. Additionally, she has held administrative and accounting positions at institutions and companies such as SENCICO and Agroexportadora Capsicum Andino S.A.C. She holds a Level VII RENACYT lecturer qualification and boasts a distinguished track record in scientific research, with publications in indexed journals covering topics such as financial literacy, tax planning, financial management, participatory budgeting, and corporate profitability. Her academic and research work aims to generate knowledge that contributes to strengthening business management and improving economic decision-making.

Nacer Mahouat holds a PhD in Management Sciences, specializing in finance. His research focuses primarily on auditing, accounting, governance, and management. He has authored numerous scientific publications in renowned international journals ranked Q1 and Q2 (notably with Emerald and MDPI). According to Scopus/SciVal rankings, he is the top-ranked researcher at Hassan II University of Casablanca in the fields of auditing and accounting.

"Dr. Reier has been working at the Catholic University of Ávila since 2008, teaching various undergraduate and graduate courses and holding key administrative positions. He is a member of the Dekis Research Group, focusing his research on entrepreneurship and new technologies. Since 2014, he has served as Director of the university’s business school—Ávila Business School—which offers more than ten master’s programs related to business management and new technologies. He is the coordinator of the Official MBA Program and the Official Master’s Program in Business Management, each of which is staffed by more than twenty faculty members. He is also the Director of the Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Leadership; Director of the Master’s in Artificial Intelligence; Director of the Master’s in Digital Transformation; Director of the Master’s in Big Data Architecture; Director of the Master’s in Industry 4.0; and Director of the Master’s in the Internet of Things. Since their inception, more than 1,000 students have completed these master’s programs, all under his leadership. Dr. Reier is Director of the Chair for the Promotion of the Business Ecosystem and Talent Development, a partnership between the Catholic University of Ávila and the Ávila Confederation of Entrepreneurs (CEOE Ávila) aimed at managing business relations with the entire professional network in the province of Ávila.
